THE FIVE PHLY THAI GUYS REUNITE!!!!!.....well at least one of us has returned.
For those of you who don't know....the Five PHly Thai GUys (aka FPTG) is a secret underground organization specializing in the smuggling of...um...aight we don't smuggle crap. FPTG originated in Brooklyn Technical High School which is commonly known as "TECH." There are five of us...obviously.....Pierre (thai), Sam (chinese), Chur (chinese), Dan (thai), and Charlie (thai). Best friends since Senior year of HS...we planned on having our own personal page in our senior yearbook. Of course we needed a title for our page so various ideas were thrown around, one of them being "the Five Phly Thai GUys" which was thought up by Charlie. We heard it and were like, "ok charlie shutup" but it was kinda funny. SOMEHOW word got around about FPTG and everybody was like, "haha that's a funny name" And from then on...people came to know us as the Five Phly Thai Guys. So....it just stuck with us regardless of how two of our members aren't even thai. And yes...that was the name of our yearbook page. =)
So Sam went to Thailand with Charlie, along with Charlie's family. While Charlie went on to visit China, Sam came back after about three weeks in Thailand with Charlie. He came back on sunday, and so i visited him yestrday to hear about all the fun he had in Thailand. But it was strange bacause we were talking about stuff in Thailand when normally Sam and Chur would have NO knowledge whatsoever about Thailand. I guess it's more common ground between me and sam now.......cool
